We sell pre-milled aluminum sheets from our warehouse: alloy EN AW-5083 H111, sheet dimensions 1520 x 3020 mm, sheet thickness 8 … 20 mm. Pre-milled aluminum sheets are produced by casting, then the entire surface of the sheet is precisely milled on both sides and covered with foil. The result is very smooth and scratch-free, no milling over the outer surface is necessary. There are less internal stresses in such material, the sheet does not bend during milling and therefore the manufactured parts have very good flatness. In addition, this material has good cutting properties, much better than ordinary rolled material. If necessary, we cut boards or strips of the appropriate size from the sheet with a panel saw. We move the sheets with a vacuum lifter to minimize scratching of the material.
